This document describes how to delete a user account in the applications (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") provided on mathru.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
If you have the Application installed
If you have the Application installed on your device, you can delete your user account from within the Application.
- Launch the Application.
- Navigate to "Settings (or My Page)" in the Application.
- Find the account deletion option in the menu and proceed with account deletion from there.
If you have uninstalled the Application

Please send the following information to Contact Us:
- Email address of the account you wish to delete
- Account name
- Date and time of last access
- After verification on the Website confirms that it is the correct account, we will delete the account.
Scope of data deletion
When a user account is deleted, the following data will be deleted:
- User ID
- Email address
- Password
- Username
Other content data will be retained to maintain consistency within the Application and will not be deleted.
User data retention period
User accounts and user data will be completely deleted once the deletion request has been processed and completed.
Please note that completely deleted data cannot be restored. The Website assumes no responsibility for any disadvantages incurred due to deletion.
